It is the tradition that makes the difference the study of a company stems from the desire to emphasize the aesthetic sense of things. The region that we visit today, and more particularly the portion of territory where the company has its roots, is a center of the whole country and known all over the world. We are in Pienza in the province of Siena, in what was once called Val D'orcia, today the physical place of a predominantly tourist area. The artisan activities have made this territory famous. Oenology has helped to make the entire region of Tuscany Immortal. The road of Orcia (the famous Cassia) takes us to the farm for the first tasting. The label is rarely produced in certain vintages. The one in the tasting is part of the 2007 collection. Sangiovese, Canaiolo, colour, an unusual blend that gives emotions for a particularly prosperous year. The excellent preservation and refinement that, between steel and wood (barrel), reaches 12 months, gives a waft of intense and radiant taste and olfactory sensations. The wine has a very intense drink, it manages to give experience with its hot velvet, but also brio with an acidity still brilliant and imaginative. The knowledge and the brio are very decided caraterristiche of this wine, not very close to decay despite the years spent in the bottle.
