Discovering the autochthonous grape variety, Tintilia Molise is a region that, both for its size and its authenticity, preserves a very varied and rich autochthonous heritage. Beyond mere enoiche discussions, its identity has well-defined boundaries that differ from the classic anecdote on its administrative and constitutional recognition of 1963. Already before then, in its historical mention, the territory was called as the current region. Therefore, in an intrinsic way, recognized in all respects. It is a eclectic territory, both for its geographical characteristics and for the economic results that derive from its morphology; Here the sea and the mountain are about 80 km distant. These are the destinations coveted by foreign and Italian tourists, sheltered from the hectic life of the city. Molise reserves an environment with low anthropization, a balanced ecosystem and, like all regions of Italy, excellent food. Lager is the label of our winery Grape cellars. It is a wine produced from tintilia grapes, typical of the Molise territory. The Tintilia represents the True Molise imprint in wine production. A rustic grape, which gives off the deep colors that has recalled to disappear from the Italian ampelographic heritage. Thanks to the cellar of Mr. Grape and his colleagues vigniaioli, this grape variety has been rediscovered and gives us wine lovers an opportunity to appreciate this territory Meraviglisoo: Molise. At the nose, the goblet emits pleasant hints of ripe red fruit. Bitter, cherry, blackberry, plum, flowers with intense notes reminiscent of Violets, peonies. Some veiled spices for a wine with a particularly intense ruby red colour. In the mouth, it turns out to be quite soft, with some veiled freschezzae of astringency very pleasant. In combination we chose meat with a slightly spicy red sauce with black pepper: a pork chop stuffed with a semi-mature pecorino produced for the occasion of this culinary preparation. A pleasant day, a succulent dinner with a wine emblem of the winemaking culture of the Molise region. http://www.cantineduva.it/
