Terracruda mataurensi slopes of Urbino

Between Cesano and Metauro, Bianchello of Ravignana between sustainability, technological innovation and rediscovery of old vines, we find the cellar of Terracruda in the municipality of Fratte Rosa (PU). At the foot of the Apennines, where the hills favor enrichment of grape, the vineyards owned by the olfactory cellar have been enhanced with a philosophy projected towards the future, without losing sight of the story that feeds people's memories of this wonderful land. Campodarchi is a wine. An ancient clone of the famous Bianchello del Metauro, Trebbiano, which is one of those varieties that give wines a luxuriant persistence; with an intense bouquet, loading, end. A wine that the nose is singular. Lively complexity of its smells, loads in intensity, evoke memories of times long gone by. Besides, this is the land of historical battles of the Carthaginians in Italy; It is said that the Italian victory was the real architect of Bianchello. The company is following the path of the most ambitious biological as well as the sustainability of the production process which aims to limit the use of traditional energy resources, to give space to those from renewable sources. A company that deserves to get into the elite of Italy's major wine production. The wine tasting we combined with a particularly spicy dish and a strong taste.
