Nero di Troia Pinkish Flat Mail

"Old earth", Cerignola Trojan black returned in the Ofanto Valley. In the southern area of the tavoliere. Fertile area, reclaimed illo tempore by the Romans. The basins of the rivers Ofanto and Carapelle draw the area outside the territory of Cerignola, called "old earth" through the decades of the last century. The heights and the considerable temperature variations encourage the cultivation of the vines and give complexity and finesse and smell the grapes. The nero di troia is the grape-Prince of the territory. The vinification Rosé blend tastes, and change consumer habits (even occasional ones) of wine. Occasional rains, combined with the wind sea salt go well with features sullen of vine that today we are going to enjoy in this rosé wine. The Visual impact is very good: pomegranate reflexes are very intense. The intensity and complexity to the nose are typical of the vine; the taste is round, the hardness slightly veiled, probably the result of the vinification in pink. The nero di Troia grape ductile. The cellars Paradise can join the great versatility of the grape to a wine that is the result of the evolution of today's market. I recommend buying it, especially on a warm summer evening like those that lie ahead.

I paired the wine pairings for an aperitif with moderately structured preparations: there were fried preparations from seasonal vegetables (Zucchini Flowers), and marinated anchovies. The veiled fatness of the latter preparation coupled with its medium intensity of taste were contrasted with dignity from the wine tasted.
